After waiting for an hour, I finally received my pizza without sauce, which is actually the best way to enjoy that particular pizza. But don't even get me started on the fries - they were absolutely terrible. I refuse to accept any apologies for this, as it's not the first time I've had a similar experience at this restaurant. Awful, awful First time ordered, never again and would not recommend. Ordered pizza and tomato garlic bread. Arrived cold. Hardly any toppings on pizza nor garlic on garlic bread. Tasteless not edible at all. Pizza base and garlic bread base not fresh totally frozen shop bought. Ordered through just eat, asked for a refund Pizza Base declined !!! Threw the whole lot in the bin.
I ordered from Pizza Base last night. It took 2 hours for the food to be delivered and it arrived cold. The service was poor.
Speciality kebab basically just donner meat on naan. Cold and hardly any chicken, 1 hash brown just slapped in the middle and the chips were awful as well
