I recently tried the takeaway from Nanking and it was absolutely delicious. The food was hot and the flavors were amazing. I ordered the chicken kung pao and my partner had the prawn curry. We also started with crispy pork in pancakes, which were divine. We have tried many Chinese takeaways in Pontefract, but none compare to Nanking. I would give them 5 stars. View all feedback.

I found a hair in my food at this restaurant. When I called to inform them, they asked me if it was a man's or woman's hair and what color it was. I was shocked. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I just wanted an explanation. View all feedback.
Found this place by accident just beyond XScape and its a shame that more people don't know about this place. The food was tasty and very reasonably priced. Parking is a nightmare as is access. But well worth a visit if you're in the area.
Nanking has been in Castleford for many years and deservedly so. Nan king is my go to Chinese takeaway !
Eat from here once a week the food is always nice and the deliverys are always fast. They have some amazing meal deals as well x
I admit I haven't been here for a while, but it is my go to Chinese whenever I'm back in Cas. Duck in plumb sauce, chips and noodles with a can of Coca-Cola. Can't beat it.
We've tried a few chinese takeaways over the years in Castleford and this has been consistently the nicest. Generally prompt and friendly delivery, nice food that tastes fresh and a good menu selection. Rarely use anyone else for chinese takeaway.
