Our all time favourite takeaway for Chinese food. There are only a couple in our local area but this is by far the best tasting and best value for money. Highly recommend. Lovely people and always a hit! View all feedback.
What Mark E doesn't like about Lee Cottage:
I called at 7:12 and was told it would be a 40-45 minute wait. I ended up leaving at 8:25 without receiving an apology or explanation. The only standout dish was the prawn toast, which was really good. However, the rest of the meal was nothing special and not worth making a special trip for. View all feedback.

The food tasted appalling and took a awful long time to make . I was starving that I told the staff to hurry up .
It was a simple order... Spring rolls and Szechuan Special What was good: The spring rolls were crisp and tasty, without a drop of grease. The Szechuan Special mixed sourness and spice beautifully, the mixture of meats/prawns perfectly cooked. The service was polite and helpful. The only disappointment is why haven't I found this place sooner!?!
Tonight, the restaurant was very busy, but the food was of fantastic quality. I absolutely love this Chinese restaurant - I have never had a bad meal here. I would definitely recommend it.
I am not usually very picky when it comes to food, but I could have definitely made a better meal myself. All I could taste was an overwhelming garlic flavor in every dish. The chicken chow mein was basically just noodles with broccoli, and none of the food seemed to have been cooked in a wok - it looked and tasted more like it had been boiled. I'm sorry to say that this will be my first and last time dining at Lee Cottage in Cottingley.
