The overall experience was fine, but I had to get up three times to ask for missing food. Our family of four didn't realize something was missing until we sat down to eat. The children's dishes were missing potato chips and other sides. Despite this, the service was good and polite. The food tasted great as usual.
I give a 5-star rating to the food quality and Mr. Michael (manager) at the KFC Calder Park Wakefield. However, some of the KFC employees may need additional training when it comes to processing online orders as there were missing items in my order. I hope for a better experience in the future.
Great food the best KFC I've had in years all fresh really friendly staff not a bad thing to say about our visit .
Spent £40 for 4vof us to eat (2 kids, 2 adults) waited ages for wings in tower box meal and still didn't receive them. My regular tower burger only had the smallest chicken piece and the whole burger was covered in Ketchup. Can't afford to go back again, which is a shame as its one place the whole family like to eat
The service at this restaurant was terrible. No one spoke to me at the drive-thru, and when I finally received my order after waiting for over half an hour, it was cold and incomplete. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. I asked for a refund and eventually received one from the manager. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
