My regular tower burger only had the smal... read more Spent £40 for 4vof us to eat (2 kids, 2 adults) waited ages for wings in tower box meal and still didn't receive them. My regular tower burger only had the smallest chicken piece and the whole burger was covered in Ketchup. Can't afford to go back again, which is a shame as its one place the whole family like to eat

No one spoke to me at the drive-thru, and when I finally received my order after waiting for over half an hour, it was cold and incomplete. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. I asked for a refund and eventually received one from the manager. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
