To put what you have actually ordered and paid for into the bag. Check before you leave. Twice I have paid for extra chips and not got them. The new chips are indeed awful compared to the old. The biggest problem with this place is lack of consistency in the quality of the product. It can be great but unfortunately more often han not it 's poor as is reflected in the fact the biggest number of reviews are in the terrible category. In most cases that would mean the place goes out of business. Maybe KFC should review the franchise unless they actually own it in which case it needs much improved management.
The staff at this restaurant were excellent and provided great customer service. Despite being busy, the food was delicious and served hot. Thank you.
By definition KFCs are not always operating to the same high standards. I can say that this one is and it reflects in the attitude of staff and that affects the chances of repeat custom. This KFC gets lots of repeat custom. If you prefer a specific type of chicken then just ask and if they have it ready then they will look after you. A really good service.
