An impromptu stop at this pub and so glad we did fantastic Roast in a Box and the chocolate fudge cake was to die for !! Great staff and brilliant atmosphere outside even though the weather wasn’t great the marquee outside was perfect with its own bar, even though it’s over an hour away it was well worth the trip and we will be coming back for more of this fantastic food. What RICHARD B doesn't like about Hare Hounds:
We live locally and visited a few times to relax and have a drink but do not feel comfortable with the customers who have been in the establishment on more than one occasion been loud and using foul language in a family area that is disrespecful to other customers as if they had the right to behave how they did. Popped in for a sandwich, was pleasantly surprised, food lovely but far too much (if that can be a complaint) home cooked chips and a fresh salad on the side, aling with a hot beef sandwich on lovely brown.uncut bread. Perfect.

This is the best pub I've ever visited. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were exceptional, especially a young boy named Jacob who was very polite and kind to me. The food was phenomenal.
Had just a fantastic meal today, amazing value, just absolutely scrummy, can't recommend it highly enough, 10 out of 10, well done.
Wow, this place is amazing for food, I called with my family and had 3 course and only thing I was disappointed with was walking out of the pub pogged. The portions are large but beautiful and will return regularly and recommend
