I have never had any issues ordering from this restaurant. The food always arrives hot and tastes delicious. It is never late, and the delivery drivers always provide great service. There was only one time when a driver was arguing on the phone instead of taking my food out of the bag, but I won't let one bad experience ruin my overall positive impression. Driver turned up at 1am after screaming at me twice down the phone and wouldnt listen as i aas trying to explain were the address was he refused to tell me what street he was sat on kept sayin he was on my street but there were no headlights and i had t walk outside at 12am midnight trying to find him while being screamed at he event ually turned up with cold food at 1am i told him to go away as he was repeatedly ban... The 2 portions of chips I ordered would be one portion in a normal takeaway and the doner meat was like cardboard why I cannot post a pik though lol and for 18 quid disgusting freddys. And while writing this 2 of my 3 kids have said there bellys hurt one said it then the other walked in the room and said the same thing

Having hard great food every time I've ordered from here, I'm extremely disappointed today as it took nearly 3hrs for my food to arrive... And to top it off the driver asked for a extra £3 because the address was wrong no it wasn't as I've had deliverys to this address since last year and never had a problem.
The chicken hardly had any coating on it. Very disappointed
Very dry food not usual standard but won’t be ordering again
