Casa Grill - Wakefield

1 star is generous! was served raw huhn and when I assumed that is how chicken legs look once cooked calamity of it a muscle! I then spoke to him again that there is nothing they can do! absolutely horrific!

Went 10/9/20 with a telephone call for me and colleagues. a little confusion with the price where we were overloaded for chips, but the owner was very polite and confirmed this on the collection. the food is fresh and good. boiled for perfection....We ordered piri piri in naans and a package and the portions were huge. all the work was impressed. it is far better quality than most takeaways, will definitely go back and I highly recommend it.

This is not the first time I was in this facility. the first few times I was eating very nice and the service was sufficient. However, for the last month or so the Takeaway/Restaurant has opened and closed when it likes. if I have tried either not to answer it or claim it will be open the following day. but when we arrive, the load is closed and there is a chalkboard with the words "closed by celebration." this is beyond a sweat out and hopefully, whatever the problem is, is solved because the foods are really pretty.

Eating was about an hour later than the time they told me so it was almost 2 and half an hour from the time I ordered. I called and asked several times just to be lied to! when the food was here, it was cold and the chips were not cooked. they had not eaten that I had ordered, so it changed for something else when eating came here, they gave me rice instead of naan. I cannot stress how absolutely shocking her customer service was, how shocking it was eating and finally how completely unapologetic they were. I feel honestly that I was torn away from these young people. never again!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Staff will cater to your needs, always beautiful food. Better than nandos!!! Particularly love your mac and cheese bites yum!
