I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday here in October, and everything was well-organized and efficient. It's always a delightful experience dining here with loved ones.

We have never had a bad meal, and the selection of cask ales is alw... read more We always enjoy our visits to The Carleton, whether it's for food and drinks or just drinks. We have never had a bad meal, and the selection of cask ales is always well maintained. The staff are always friendly, especially Lucy, who always has a lovely smile. It's a place you will want to return to.

Great food and drink selection, where things weren't available, lots of options meant that we still had a great meal. A big garden means sitting outside on a warm evening is easy and due to its size, it's easy to find a quiet spot and enjoy the night. Staff are knowledgeable about the food and drinks and able to recommend the tastist dishes on the menu.

It was a beautiful evening so ŵe all stayed outside in the very spacious beer garden. We had a DJ and a Sax Player which all added to a good night. The food was delicious, so thank you kitchen team. It was lovely to see my daughter with all her old mates and new ones too. Thank you for making more memories for my family.
