This pub is fantastic, with a charming atmosphere and exceptional staff who are always friendly and polite. I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday here in October, and everything was well-organized and efficient. It's always a delightful experience dining here with loved ones.

Went with the missus and pooch on a Thursday night, for food and drinks. All well cared for and entertained by a Yorkshire quiz. Sparkling service and staff, and clientele too. Good pub grub and no problems whatsoever, book ahead if possible, but they will help you get seated on a busy night.
Food was all excellent, the staff were very friendly and really looked after us. We are not local but have visited several times over the years and our experience has always been positive.
1st time here, was ok but unfortunately whilst we were having our meal 2 loud mouthed guy s couldn't put a sentence together without foul language, yes I know it's a pub but it was just a bit much , we will visit again as the beer was perfect
