We were a large party of 14, and we arrived earlier than our table booking to hav... read more We booked a table for a birthday celebration and it was such a disappointment. We were a large party of 14, and we arrived earlier than our table booking to have a drink in the bar area before dining. When our Booking time arrived, we informed the staff that we were here, we were told there was no rush as the table was ours for the whole evening. When we asked to be seated, we were told our table was not ready and we were kept in the bar area a further 40 mins until we were taken to our table. Our table was booked for 7.30pm, we did not receive our first course until around 9.15pm!!! By the time our food arrived, some of our party were ‘passed’ eating. The food was very underwhelming, the portions were small and the food very bland. The wait between main course and being offered a dessert or coffee was so long, some guests left. We all really wanted to have enjoyed the food so much more than we were able. A very disappointing experience.

We have odered over several years, called to leave feedback and compained , poor customer service dealing with the complaint. Used to be great food and a great service has become very complacent
