The bread they serve is lovely and free on the table,for mains wife had beef stroganoff tagliatelle I had Calzone pizza the wife’s stroganoff was ok could of done with more beef,my calzone was just ok nothing special all the meat and cheese was stuck in the middle so empty on the sides. I was disappointed there was no mussels.there is service charge added but not compulsory not really worth the £60 I paid sorry just being honest.

We were a large party of 14, and we arrived earlier than our table booking to have a drink in the bar area before dining. When our Booking time arrived, we informed the staff that we were here, we were told there was no rush as the table was ours for the whole evening. When we asked to be seated, we were told our table was not ready and we were kept in the bar area a further 40 mins until we were taken to our table. Our table was booked for 7.30pm, we did not receive our first course until around 9.15pm!!! By the time our food arrived, some of our party were ‘passed’ eating. The food was very underwhelming, the portions were small and the food very bland. The wait between main course and being offered a dessert or coffee was so long, some guests left. We all really wanted to have enjoyed the food so much more than we were able. A very disappointing experience.

I ordered tagli... read more Had a meal tonight with the wife and my youngest son (19).Wife Ordered scallops, not prepared as expected and not as described when it came out. I ordered tagliatelle with lobster and chilli on bed of asparagus but mine wasn’t as I expected either. The bed of asparagus was just a few strands cut up into small cubes! Not well layed out either. Cheap attempt at a decent looking menu! Shame! Order came to £120 and wasn’t anything near that value!Prices seem inflated due to impact of Covid. All I will say is I will try other places before I come back here!
