We returned the meals within minutes, requesting that they use a digital probe to check the food temperature, but they didn’t have one available. When we asked how they would handle the situation, they suggested remaking the food. Additionally, there was a drink spill in front of the counter, marked with a wet floor sign. It's concerning that they didn’t clean this up right away, especially in a public area. By the time the burgers were remade, the fries had gone cold. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy at around 3 PM on a Saturday, so there’s no excuse for the poor service. The staff on duty were Amelia, Lauren, and Kaleb, but unfortunately, Amelia was quite rude and dismissive, arguing that there was not enough to prepare a replacement burger, leading to an unnecessary back-and-forth. Eventually, we did receive a fresh and hot burger, but it shouldn’t have required an argument to achieve that level of service. Overall, the standards at this location were very disappointing.
