I’m giving 5 stars because of the food. I’d heard that they added an Impossible burger option so I was excited to try it. It was really very good. Now…. The not so great stuff. Utensils: I visited on Sunday at around 7pm. There was no silverware available. I was offered plastic which was fine. But it wasn’t ideal. Entertainment Fee: I decided to play one of the video games on the tabletop video. If it said it was going to charge me, I missed that. It’s not a huge deal but just a little annoying. I’ll definitely be back.

Service was amazing. Our server Hunter was over the top outstanding. Never in my life have I had such an friendly and attentive server who looked like she was genuinely having a good time. Other staff members we interacted with were friendly and sociable as well. We were totally impressed with everything. This was my first time at a Red Robin and what a good first impression. Whatever management is doing at the Wake Forest location, they’re doing it right.

Food and drinks were great (had the... read more Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Wasn't too busy, seated pretty quickly. They do a great job of keeping the place clean. Food and drinks were great (had the Buzzin' Chicken Sandwich). The only drawback was our waitress. Seemed nice but made it clear shewas having a bad day, talking about her personal problems with every trip to our table. When she wasn't around us, she wastaking it out on the other employees. Felt worse for them then for us.
