I?m giving 5 stars because of the food. I?d heard that they added an Impossible burger option so I was excited to try it. It was really very good. Now?. The not so great stuff. Utensils: I visited on Sunday at around 7pm. There was no silverware available. I was offered plastic which was fine. But it wasn?t ideal. Entertainment Fee: I decided to play one of the video games on the tabletop video. If it said it was going to charge me, I missed that. It?s not a huge deal but just a little annoying. I?ll definitely be back.

The s... read more I like red Robin as a whole. I wont go back to this location. I returned today as planned to get a replacement order from my wrong order the night before. The same rude young female was working- went to what I thought place my order came back and told me the manager would not replace it as they refunded my money contradictory to what I had been told yesterday or i would not have driven all the way over there. Also this was part of a birthday customer club so at most they refunded the appetizer add on. Mind you the manager did not come out to talk to me at all. An employee named Tim I think was a server but should be in management heard the transaction took the time to look at photos of what I was given in error the day before and said it didn't even look like what they would serve and did place the order for my replacement sandwich then was completely sincere an apologetic when the kitchen AGAIN got the replacement burger wrong. I won't be back to thus location. But if you go and encounter Tim...HE is awesome. I've included a pic of my first BURGER.

The food was excellent and came out quickly after ordering, and our cups never went empty. Truly one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant since covid became a thing

Our server was attentive, sweet and did a great job. ???? Definitely be back, she told usabout the rewards program too and I gladly signed up. Once you buy 12 meals you get 1 FREE!!!????. We got the donuts for dessertand wow melt in your mouth good, served with amazing HOT sauces both caramel and fudge.

For that price you might as well go to Bad... read more Just a sub average burger place. I order the Pig tavern and was expecting it to be a bit bigger especially for $13+. For that price you might as well go to Bad Daddy?s or another location. It?s more of like a diner or Johnny Rockets. Fries were nothingspecial and as you can tell they don?t provide many (2nd batch was about the same). Barely seasoned and oil on the second batchtasted odd. The shake was supposed to be Oreo, but I think it ended up being chocolate. I didn?t make a big deal out of itthough. Tim was pleasant. The hostess seemed fairly new and also first placed me facing the kitchen when there were plenty ofother tables. Tim was kind enough to let me move somewhere better.
