However, my order was messed up, but I... read more I tried Modd pizza for the first time last week. My family liked us so much that we decided to order it today on pi day. However, my order was messed up, but I did not realize until I got home. When I called the restaurant up, they were very apologetic and accommodating. I asked if they remake the one out of the two pizzas that were messed up. When I got there not only had they remade the one pizza they had remade my whole order! The seco... read more I ordered delivery from here two times now. The first delivery, they run the doorbell and handed me the food at the same time of night, the first time. The second time when I placed the order the same exact way, same time of night, the delivery person decided to not ring the doorbell, but just leave the food on the front step on the ground. Online order placed, I arrived 20 minutes later as app instructed, guy at the finishing station said my pizza was in the oven so I waited. 25 minutes later he p... read more Online order placed, I arrived 20 minutes later as app instructed, guy at the finishing station said my pizza was in the oven so I waited. 25 minutes later he pulls a pizza out, boxes it up, places it with two other pizzas that had been sitting there the whole time on the counter. Something about they couldn't keep up was the excuse given, there were literally two families in the restaurant. Absurd service, but you better believe they collected their pre-tip on the app, horrible and unacceptable service. Food: 3 Service: 1
