Today, I visited the restaurant with my young child and requested a non-spicy pizza with pineapples. I specifically asked to ensure that it would not be spicy. However, the pizza ended up being impossible to eat due to the overwhelming heat from the BBQ sauce. This ruined our dining experience and we ended up throwing the pizza in the trash. I tried Modd pizza for the first time last week. My family liked us so much that we decided to order it today on pi day. However, my order was messed up, but I did not realize until I got home. When I called the restaurant up, they were very apologetic and accommodating. I asked if they remake the one out of the two pizzas that were messed up. When I got there not only had they remade the one pizza they had remade my whole order! Not only where they kind and apologized. I will continue to come back! I ordered delivery from here two times now. The first delivery, they run the doorbell and handed me the food at the same time of night, the first time. The second time when I placed the order the same exact way, same time of night, the delivery person decided to not ring the doorbell, but just leave the food on the front step on the ground.
