Never opened. Says it's opened until 8pm. It's currently 7:10pm. It's closed. Update 11/20/22: first time I've been able to order. Service was fast, food was fresh. I hope this will continue in the future. (Will add a star to each successful order).
They were fast, friendly and courteous. They got my order right which is a rarity for some fast food places. I would recommend them to my friends, because it was a good experience.
They're understaffed at this location. They weren't even trained on how to accept a coupon. It's not the employees fault on that but it caused a backup and we all know Arby's struggles to get you through the line in under 7-8 minutes as it is. Drive thru issuppose to be less that 2.5 min.
Was there today and ordered 2 gyros. I get the gyros or a Ruben at least once a week. I've noticed over the last 3 or 4 months the sandwiches seem to have less meat in them. I opened the ones I got today and they had meat at each end of the sandwich butnone or very little in the middle. I was on lunch break and back at work or I would have taken them back. I guess I'll begetting sandwiches at Publix more often now. Today was the last time for Arby's.
The Arbynators were tasty, though a bit dry. The Beef 'n Cheddars were full of flavor, and I had no complaints about them! The fries were incredibly fresh, just how I like them—hot from the fryer! However, I noticed a young man at the drive-thru who seemed to be scratching his ear and wiping his face while handling customers' food. I mentioned this to the manager, who addressed it with him. Unfortunately, he appeared indifferent, as if he didn’t think he had done anything wrong. He then left, presumably to wash his hands in the restroom. Despite this issue, my overall experience was positive. I will definitely return, largely thanks to Marketta; her outstanding customer service is a breath of fresh air these days!
