They don’t have them in key west FL, so when I am home in MN I eat at a few locations! I loved the service here and the staff is so friendly! Esp the one guy who cleaned our table and takes the trays! So polite. Keep up the good service and keep these kind staff of yours :

The p... read more I've been to this Culver's 2 times in the past 2 weeks. 1st visit I ordered the Walleye dinner, the roll was hard as a rock and the Walleye had no flavor. The plating of the Walleye dinner should to be different cause when it's on the black plastic plate the batter on the fish get soggy and mushy cause it sitting in the oil it's fried in. Makes fish not very appetizing. 2nd visit I got the crispy chicken meal which the chicken was juicy and tender, but the lettuce was wilted and browning. Also 2nd visit I went to use the restroom and it was dirty. You could clearly see it hadn't been cleaned and 1 of the toilets had toilet paper in it and didn't flush.

The manager was so helpful and willing to work with me it made everything Amazing!!Thank you to the Waite Park Culver's team!!

The last few times I've been to sit in and have dinner, my fries have been cold, pretzel bites even colder, and cheese dip (that you pay extra for) is cold and coagulated. I used to love it there and stop in once a week as a treat, but honestly, I like my food hot because I'm paying nicely for it, so I've been trying other local places instead. I stopped by recently, hoping things had changed, but the fries, pretzels, and cheese dip were all still cold. Very disappointing.
