What Ayana Weissnat doesn't like about Cold Spring Bakery Connection:
I placed two orders for two different days, and when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t there because “they assumed it was all for the same day”, even though dates were specifically written. I asked for a discount on a generic cake (since they didn’t make the one I requested)… and I only got a 20% discount. It was a very special cake for a golden birthday. Disappointing.
