I visited this restaurant on Waitangi Day after another supposedly Fine Dining restaurant, which I had booked well in advance, turned out to be closed. After struggling to find another open restaurant, we decided to have a meal at a pub. To our pleasant surprise, the food and atmosphere were very enjoyable. The only downside was the dessert menu, but the lamb main dish was one of the best I've had recently. The bar staff were fantastic. We will definitely be returning in the future.
The service was friendly, the food was well presented and delicious. The atmosphere caters to a variety of preferences, offering different experiences at different times such as music, sports, and socializing.
