The portion was g... read more If you're a fan of steak, you absolutely cannot miss the delicious Rib Eye that Chef Matthew Wagstaff and his team prepared for me last night. The portion was generous and the beef was incredibly juicy. My favorite part of the dish was the parsnip puree, which had a wonderful sweetness thanks to the roasted onions and garlic that really enhanced the flavor of the parsnip. To top it off, they offer this on Steak Night, which is on Mondays, for just $20. You can also pair it with the on-tap Pilsner, which was excellent! Five stars, Matthew! I can't wait to see more amazing dishes on your new menu!
