NINJA SUSHI - Waipahu

Fantastic hole in the wall sushi place. we tried the sushi rolls, gyazo and miserable; everything was up. the staff was very friendly, eating came very fast, and the place is clean. definitiw reasonable prices. were not many midday customers, but I think it is causal that waipio gentry is just a small traffic area. they really deserve more, will come back. cheshoe

The spicy ahi and unagi bento was excellent. personal very kind I gave 3 stars because I went around 7 o'clock and the rice in the bengo was excellent, the nigiri sushi rice was old and hard. I had to throw away the rice and only ate the fish and garnel hoses. the personal should throw away the reis when it is old. bad experience. I can try this place again, as every business makes mistakes. I hope they read review and do not make the same mistake

Walking in I automatically felt welcome (I’m an afro-latinx from the mainland . I got the salmon special and an additional salmon nigiri order. And the lovely lady at the register suggested I get garlic mayo on my salmon. So I got it on my smaller order. The woman at the front was so reassuring that I could take my time and gave an upbeat positive vibe the whole time. Lots of ‘Aloha’ spirit. And when I tell you it was so satisfying! All of it was so good and the garlic mayo was a delicious addition. The service and the sushi was excellent and well packaged. I will be back again soon:

Ninja sushi is definitely my go-to when I cannot figure out what to eat. I always get their spicy ahi donburi. There is a good amount of sauce on it, however i've noticed the rice to fish ratio is a little off as there is a bit too much rice compared to fish. My boyfriend got the dynamite chicken donburi and for him, there wasn't enough sauce on it. Also, there was a lot of rice compared to chicken as well. However, both were still very good. The dynamite maki was pretty good had a good amount of sauce!
