Make a trip to other side of island just to eat at Bistro. Usually once a week. Love the onion rings and the burgers. Brisket is melt in your mouth. Doing great Tapas after 3 pm and outstanding martinis, only place that has Dolgoruki vodka I could find on Maui! View all feedback.
Great local food! The owner/chef met us at the door and seated us. We started with some awesome onion rings very thin and delicious. My wife had a Fish sandwich and I had the chicken and fried rice. For desert we had cheesecake with carmel on top. Overall, great service and food. Would go back in a minute!
We were delighted to be seated near the open kitchen, where we had the pleasure of chatting with our friendly chef. He shared some of his techniques and ingredients with us, which made the experience even more special. After enjoying our meals, we were hesitant to order dessert, but our server convinced us to try the chef's incredible inside-out banana cream pie, which he torched to perfection and could easily serve four. We were NOT disappointed. We’ll definitely have to return to Maui just to dine at Main Street Bistro again!

Best lunch spot in Maui! Every time we're on the island, we make sure to visit Main Street. Be sure to try the daily special—it's a must!
