This is an intimate dining experience accommodating up to 14 people per seating. While Jeremy is busy preparing the meal, Paulina is attending to guests and both will finish plating and serve when the course is ready to go out. The ingredients are sourced thoughtfully and they have repeat customers which at this price point says it all you want to support their endeavors. Usually a fan of wine pairings but skipped it as the Maui sun takes a toll but enjoyed the sparking wine (included) and opted for a red with the later courses. Do expect to spend several hours here especially if they are it doing the later seating. This is not an experience to be rushed so if you are impatient then not the place for you but you’re in Maui so savor and enjoy!

The chef is a master who creates unique yet amazing courses that challenge your previous perceptions of food combinations. The time and care that he and his wife put into serving this experience is phenomenal. We have eaten in many top Michelin restaurants and this is as good if not better than all. Highly recommend making the drive to Pa’ia to experience this delicious celebration of food, both local and international- all of the highest quality.
