Be prepared to wait around an hour, depending on your party size. We found the Hawaiian French toast, loaded fries, taro and tripe stews, and short ribs to be quite delicious. However, I wouldn’t recommend the Portuguese sausage unless you opt for the house special; spending $6 on a mediocre version isn’t worth it. I would have rated this place four stars considering the wait time, but the service was outstanding! Each server apologized for any delays and was friendly and attentive. This café isn't the most affordable option, but if you're visiting and want to sample a variety of excellent Hawaiian dishes, it’s a great choice.

Best breakfast on the island. Great prices, huge portions, tons of taste. Mocasaurus is fully charged and the pancakes are the size of the dinner plates. Expect a little waiting as the place is popular. Only cash.

Amazing Loco Moco and the pancakes are wonderful. They were out of coconut syrup. So sad! And they were out of caps. But it's not a clothing store. The food's amazing and hopefully when the supply chain thing works its way out they'll have coconut syrup on their menu again. It's a must taste.

Cash only, amazing place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch! We ordered the moco loco and ribeye. Service was excellent. There’s a way to get on the wait list via yell ahead of time, I highly recommend you do that! We also ordered a banana macadamia pancake which was to die for, pancake heaven! Look at their operating hours before you visit too.

Delicious Breakfast, Great Places, Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, Fast Service, Affordable Price. Must visit, must try, cheaper than the big restaurants. For sure I will be back again and again.
