Our overall experience was poor. We have come here several times in the past and this time everything was off. Mike, the manager of The Bistro made a very poor joke about my name and even after pointing out that it was offensive he chose to continue to do so. He never bothered to apologize. Stephanie, our waitress, provided poor service and barely ever checked in with us. The food (their cult classic burger) was good and the same quality as in the past. I am not sure if we will come back here in the future.
Really like the food here. Filet Mignon tacos were excellent as was the Asian salad. Service excellent. Had a nice dinner out. One of our go-to places.
We live in Waikoloa...this is our âgo toâ place! The food is always great, our regular server is wonderful and we seem to be lucky enough to sit in her area often...so friendly! We definitely take in a movie when the time is right.
We usually order food and eat during the movie, but decided to eat early and then go to the movie and take our dessert in with us. Food was great, server was very attentive. We had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend
