This place is located in the Hilton WAIKOLOA Village mega resort. It has great property views but no ocean view. It’s a fun beach-side styled bistro/bar with a Mexican-Hawai’ian fusion theme. I got the BLC Taco Salad with mahi mahi added and a traditional margarita made with just tequila, orange liquor, and fresh lime juice. The meal was excellent and the drink was perfect. I then ordered a Trader Vic styled Mai Tai... View all feedback.
We have no complaints here. My wife and I shared the nachos, which was a large part, and then we had every tacos. Both were very tasteful. From everywhere to eat at the resort, this is probably one of the cheaper options. Was a beautiful environment next to the water. We ate early for lunch, so there weren't many people who were nice.
Came here for lunch today, omg lunch was brilliant, had nachos with steak, and the woman had the taco salad with chicken, yum- great food service. Must come to Hilton Waikoloa Village.
I had the pork tacos, and it was just one if not the best tacos I ever had. In addition, it was amazing, it was a ton of food that was incredibly filled out. I also tried the Horchata, and it was perfection. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.

I then ordered a Trader Vic styled Mai Tai and the bartender knocked it out perfectly. The cost is high but no unexpected for a resort. The salad with fish was $23 and the drinks were around $13-$15. Mark the bartender was a fun conversationalist and I highly recommend this place for lunch.
Slow service but great location and food.
