Waikōloa Colony Villas

Located in the resort strip, a 5 minute drive out 20 minute walk to the Kings and Queens Shops. Three adults and three children stayed here. Two in each of the two bedrooms and two on the couch bed.Rooms: Large, three bedroom condo.Walkability: 20 minute pretty walk to shops. The walk is through resorts and golf courses.

If you are looking for a vacation rental for a week or two then you probably can'r go wrong with this place. Nice complex with nice amenities, though not very conveniently located. However, if you are looking to buy a vacation rental condo then stay far away from this place. It's probably the most mismanaged complex in the resort area, run by ineffective Board of Directors, and AOAO management company that doesn't care about anything, and the complex have a Site Manager who is totally useless. I bought a condo there four years ago, and regret it ever since.

Very very nice, clean clean, new hardwood floors, granite countertops, air conditioner that would freeze you. It was hot outside. Beautiful landscaping very very quiet at night. Centrally located. Did Shaka audio app for the car and toured the island for 7 days. Great experience, great place to stay. Wife liked it

Accommodations are wonderful. Full size 3 bedroom 2 story condominium close to beach and shopping. Full kitchen also. Here for a week and we love it. Beautiful views and about 30 minutes from Kona airport. Most leisure activities are within half an hour of location.
