I went for dinner with my husband and parents. I don’t know if our server was on training or training someone. Service was kind of slow. Appetizers were ok but my dad’s french fries came with back rib was completely burnt. We wanted to send it back and looked for our server but couldn’t find and she never came back to do quality check until we were done and asked for take out box. Had an early dinner while visiting Hawaii. Food and service was wonderful and attentive. I'm glad to come back.
The Lamb was very good......Server was great. Food came out fast.
My second time at this restaurant food is exceptional. Fish and chips uniquely prepared not greasy at all but very fresh flavor. Sat outside with view of pond. This is an amazing restaurant and a new favorite.
About 15 minutes after we had ordered, the waitress returned to say the kitchen was out of rice for the hamburger steak meal. We really wish we had known sooner.
Nice to see a new restaurant at fairly normal prices... compared to most Hawaii restaurants, prices and portions were good. Not a huge inside seating space, but two outside patios if weather is appropriate. Had a reservation and we were seated right away. Could have possibly used another server as ours was really running around to keep up with all his tables. Will definitely return next time we’re in Waikoloa.
