We were puzzled as to why the restaurant was empty on a Saturday evening until we noticed the drive-thru. If you can, I highly recommend dining inside because the service is excellent. The food is incredible, and having a kids' menu is a great benefit—our kids enjoyed their chicken tenders while we savored some authentic, delicious dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty! We’ll definitely be returning!

Then came De Leon's, which turned out to be even worse than the other... read more Let's discuss some improvements. Zestos was consistently disappointing whenever it opened. Then came De Leon's, which turned out to be even worse than the other locations I've visited (and that's quite an achievement!). However, Adelitas has arrived, and the food is absolutely amazing. It's easily five times better than De Leon's and at least twice as good as Acapulco. The waitstaff is outstanding; they know the menu thoroughly and are polite and eager to explain the dishes. The atmosphere is much more relaxed than at any other restaurant in town. The staff seems happy, or at least not frustrated to be working. The building itself is charming, featuring a lovely mix of new and old decor. I would confidently say that Adelitas is the best restaurant in Wahoo, or at least tied for first place with Hao's Garden.

It's a charming little spot that used to be a gas station and has now turned into a delightful Mexican eatery. They do have a drive-thru, but we prefer dining inside to enjoy the atmosphere.
