What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I waited in line for 40 minutes for some crispy tacos. This is the third and final time we will give this Taco Bell a chance. It is probably the worst Taco Bell in Hawaii. View all feedback.
I waited in line for 30 minutes with about 4 or 5 cars in front of me, only for two cars to be served. It's no wonder the line is moving so slowly.
Poor service cashier don't know how to ring up order .. Drive thru is paid much attention to and walk in guest are not treated so great or prompt
Can't go wrong with Taco Bell's food but this location's drive thru is the worst even though they recently rebuilt the entire building. Their ordering and pick up area is only a cars length apart which is why traffic gets backed up on the main road. Order on their app and pick up in store for a faster experience. That's if you can even get into the parking lot. There is a public parking lot with a 30 second walk away but it's a little sketch...

Great service but the drive through line is out on my till the road! The drive through is the only problem. Maybe it's just that town loves taco bell. Who knows...
