Maui Mike's Fire-roasted Chicken

We went 3 times in 2 days, I couldn't get enough of this chicken! There is no place to sit and eat sometimes, but honestly, the atmosphere is great (Vet friendly, great staff, loved the pictures everywhere on the walls) and I would sit on the floor to eat there, although we only eat a few times in the car. If you have a chance at ALL, Wahiawa is only worth the trip for this place! Delicious, healthy chicken, amazing sauces, fabulous prices, can not get enough of it

Best rotisserie chicken that I've ever tasted. This is a hole in the wall, absolutely worth the stop.

As good as the reviews say: crispy skin, tender meat pretty outstanding rotisserie chicken. Thin French fries. Very nice. For two people for lunch, why not just order a half a chicken and split it? That’s our recommendation. Also: liked the honey mustard sauce.

Fast and tasty food. Their signature chicken is the bomb. Moist and tasty. I had a quarter which was more than enough with a side of baked beans. Smoky BBQ dipping sauce was divine. Super friendly staff,it was busy with a high turnover of tables (small, seats maybe 20).
