We have eaten here today and very satisfied. The restaurant is very clean and freshly renovated. The toilets are also topp. The food and the prices are very good. It tasted good for all children and adults. Both the main course and cakes, ice cream and coffee. The service was also very charming. I sometimes wonder what customers expect... We'll come back every time we get to the animal park.

Don't let zero stars go! Very long waiting time though nothing was going on. The service lady ignored us and did not receive an order. After just 20 minutes waiting, I raised the lady a little louder and even then we were ignored. Card payment is not possible with a mobile EC device outside. Once and never again, thank you.

Long waiting time, overpriced food and you get mini portions of which were just the kind of satt. There was always something missing or drinks were simply brought which were not ordered and then they were invoiced. Many of the orders did not fit, there were simply extra sauces made on it that were not desired and were also calculated extra. Totally stressed waitress though nothing was going on and unfriendly. We are still waiting for our sugar. There were also many problems when paying. Once and never again.

Super bad service. I haven't seen anything like that. Very long waiting times, though nothing happened. The abandoned tables remained untied for a long time. We asked for a change of table because people wanted to get there. But what was not a problem until it worked out, we had already eaten our food and already consumed it. We've got people coming in from outside and asked if they're being served. The waitresses were three. It's not like they stood around and didn't do anything, but what they did, I don't know. At least it was delicious. But I wouldn't go back and recommend it.
