We stand there along with pay customers at the counter for about 10 minutes every time. Th manager never looked up never came over to make sure we were helped she stayed on her cell phone and complet ignored ever one. This not the first time it been every time I come in. The staff look as miserable as the rest of her team except for Sarah. Sarah was such a bright light not only was she running the line but was customers/dashers and helping out her team. Her warm smile was a breath of fresh air. Sarah should be the manager of this location. And I say that with confidence because of my many interactions with this location. Thank you for going above and beyond! It's hard to work in that kind environment. But it doesn't go unnoticed thank you again as. Enjoy your cup! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
