I thought maybe they were just busy but today I found out their employees can... read more I have been to this Dunkin’ plenty of times and have started having issues lately. I thought maybe they were just busy but today I found out their employees can’t count or is trying to steal money. My change was supposed to be $6.06 and I was given 6 cents. I’m told her that I gave her a ten and she owed me more money. She gave me $4 and I had to pull out of drive thru and park and go inside to get my other $2 where she then told me I was wrong. I had her go find the receipt because I was not given one and she did come back with the $2. This is not the first time thus has happed with the same person. Very disappointed.

The location is rea... read more This is a nice Dunkin in a hard location. You can tell the workers enjoy working here and are all great. They got food and drinks out quick. The location is really tough with in and out really hard due to traffic flow. You can easily get stuck if you park. And it’s freezing inside!!

Bacon was hot my drink was cold The girl in the window at 3:07 #7253 was amazing and knew exactly what I needed, didn't have to speak words, seriously. I was having a bad day and she made it better, I could tell she was an empath just in the two seconds we had interacted. I didn't get a picture earlier but I did drink the whole coffee which proves it was a great coffee. Great service, happy people. The quality of my service made a difference in my day.

Make sur... read more Be ready to wait at least 20 minutes for one drink order. This place is terrible. I wish zero stars was an option. I hope I get my drink at some point. Make sure you your receipt. They will not ask what you are waiting for even when they see you have been there forever and never got your order. They also will not give you a simple “sorry about that” after you have to ask them about your order and they finally give it to you. I need to explore other coffee options because this place is consistently bad at what they do.
