My wife had hair in her garlic bread and her friend was served ice cold spaghetti. No excuse for that. Will never eat there again.

Went there and ordered at 5:03, got my food at 6:30 there was a birthday party when I was there the server was hugging the kids and then touching the food with it. And then she gave us mints to try to make us tip.

We went in for lunch and it took a long time for our food. People that order after us got there food before us and left before we got our food. Then when we did get our food it was just warm. Not sure what happen but it will be a long time before we go back.

The customer service is very disappointing. The last three times that we have ordered delivery our food has arrived and the order has been incomplete and wrong. We understand that things happen but when it has been a consistent issue it disappointing . We have always recommended this restaurant and it is disappointing that they do not live up to our previous experience and expectations.

We ordered fettuccine for delivery and it should have been my first clue of what we would be getting. The first bite was warm but the center was still very cold. I understand wanting to prep to save time but freezing whole meals? For $16 a plate I would think they could spend some time making the meal to order. If I'm going for pasta, I'm just going to go to bode grays. At least the staff was friendly and quick.
