This caribou coffee inside Mackenthuns is absolutely amazing. The drinks are always made correctly and never have a burnt coffee taste. The drinks are always made very well a s delicious! I approached the coffee shop today at 1:53pm, after seeing their sign that said they were open 7a-2p. I hate being the last minute customer, but was craving a coffee fix after grocery shopping! I was greeted promptly, but it wasn?t the greeting I expected. The employee stated, ?Oh, I?m sorry. We closed at 2.? Love this store! My favorite Caribou! The best employees ever.
This location is the slowest location ever. Team members are rude, or care about people time and money. Very disappointed.

But to say we closed (past tense) at 2 when it hadn?t even gotten to that point in time yet was a little off putting.
Best latte in town. Love the staff!! Super cute shop with great spaces to get work done.
I love this Caribou. Always a great cup of coffee. I really enjoy chatting with the staff and they are always friendly.
