Pabs delivered the pig right on time, securely pa... read more We ordered a whole roast pig from Lechon Cebu for a birthday celebration with 150 guests on February 29, 2020. Pabs delivered the pig right on time, securely packed in a large rectangular cardboard box lined with plastic and butcher paper to prevent any leakage. The meat was succulent and perfectly seasoned, falling right off the bone, and the crackling skin was absolutely delightful. The roast easily fed over 130 guests, leaving us with plenty of leftovers. We used the leftover bones and meat to make a large pot of congee, which fed 20 people for breakfast the following day. I highly recommend Lechon Cebu!
