I had a coupon for a free Whataburger with the purchase of medium fries and a drink, but I didn't pay attention to the terms of the offer. Because of that, we ended up ordering more fries and drinks than we actually needed. However, the staff at the counter were very accommodating and issued a refund, even giving me back more than I should have received. The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the new white chocolate raspberry shake. As always, the service was outstanding.
