Light service in drive thru! charged for order, then the participant tried to argue with me why it was not right. it was also very slow. After 30 minutes, the one who took my job could do everything when I came home, the job was not right. when this restaurant was opened, it was great. but in the last 2-3 years it was only terrible. hope management changes soon!

It was fairly busy but they had the second lane open as well. The gentleman running orders outside deserves a raise. My food was actually hot for a change, will be going here instead of the Hewitt location from now on.

I know alot of people love whataburger...but the only reason I don't like it is because the food always cold. Last time I got a chicken sandwich. The line was really long but little did I know, that didn't matter one bit. It was still cold. But shout out to anyone who has had hot food from there. I'm jealous.

This restaurant used to be excellent, but our recent visit was quite disappointing. A few days ago, we noticed that the staff seemed more interested in laughing and joking in the kitchen than in serving customers. We experienced an unusually long wait for our food, and the group ahead of us didn’t even get their order; they eventually had to ask for a refund. We decided to try again last night, and even as the fourth customers in the place, we still waited over 45 minutes for our meals. Sadly, we won’t be coming back to this location, as the service has continually been poor.

I would give this place a zero-star rating if I could. We are big fans of Whataburger and usually come here often, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I ordered a large onion ring, but it didn’t come with my meal. The toast included in the chicken strip meal was just a folded piece of bread that looked quite unappetizing. When the employee at the drive-thru handed me our food, I said thank you, and she just closed the window in my face. The last time we visited this location, as I was leaving the drive-thru, I took a sip of my drink and discovered it was just carbonated water with no syrup. I understand that you are busy, but given the wait times and the high prices, you can certainly do better than this. Additionally, your staff needs to improve their customer service skills.
