What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
I would give this place a zero-star rating if possible. We love Whataburger and visit often, but after today's experience, I won't be returning. I ordered a Big Twister ring, but it was missing from my order. The toast that came with the chicken strip meal was just a sad, folded piece of bread that looked past its prime. You know, if you're blurred and you're so happy what you're ordering? I order Whataburger Combo #1. Extra Onion and Mayo.. I get a burger store packed in it when I take it out of my pocket, the salad tomatoes and pimples (yes, no onions) fall out. As I put my burger back together, I notice Mustard and a drop of Mayo!! Oh, yeah, do you remember half the full middle frits? Will NOT recommend much less back! Oh, what about the chicken on my Burger chicken? And yes, I'm very HANGRY!
Easy service in the drive thru! Charged for order, then the participant tried to argue with me why it was not right. It was also very slow. After 30 minutes, the one who took my order could execute everything when I came home, the order was not right. When this restaurant was opened, it was great. But in the last 2-3 years it was only terrible. Hope Management changes soon!
We sat in the drive thru for at least half an hour with no one around. It took so long for them to take our order and then sit at the window only to see the employees on their phones and completely disregard us. When the manager came to talk to us her excuse was they were switching shifts and took a bit to finish our order. It took half an hour for TWO shakes.
This does not rate on the food but rather the quality of Tamika's customer service. I understand if you're having a bad day or rough shift; but my inerrancy to read the screen correctly doesn't mean you should get impatient or gossip about the situation within ear shot of the customer. Your service proves more on why I prefer to order with the app.

I told the woman behind the cash register as much and she said okay and didn 't do a dang thing about it. Everyone in the kitchen was walking like they had mud on their shoes. They did not care at all that there was a line becoming longer and longer in their lobby. It seems the manager for the night shift should be fired, because there is definitely not a culture focused on customer service. I will not be coming back to this Whataburger and I will be letting everyone I know to not frequent this location too.
