Wendy's - Waco

I hadn’t eaten at a Wendy’s in over 15 years, so when I recently found myself just a few miles away from one at the Central Marketplace in Waco, Texas, I decided to give it a try. It was around 3:24 PM when I arrived, and feeling unsure of what to order, I opted for the $5 Biggie Bag deal. I got the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, a small fries, and whatever drink size they gave me. I was also wearing two red wristbands to support adoption because I believe everyone deserves a home. While waiting for my order, I noticed the drive-thru line wasn’t too long, despite a big order ahead of me. When I finally received my food, I think the woman who handed it to me was named Vanessa. She did a good job and even greeted me with a smile. As for the food, it was decent. The fries were a bit salty, but the burger had good flavor, though the bun felt a bit soggy. The nuggets tasted fresh, and the Coke was just right. I also enjoyed a strawberry Frosty, which was perfect for the moment. Overall, I’d rate my experience 4 stars. I finished everything and left feeling very full!

I visit this restaurant every day since I work at Massage Envy next door. The staff is consistently friendly, the service is quick, and the food is made with high quality ingredients. Right now, I’m enjoying a breakfast sandwich before heading to work, and I’m very pleased with its freshness! Thank you, Wendy's!

Aside from my preference for ordering through a staff member rather than the kiosks, the dining experience was excellent. The food was delicious, and the staff was both efficient and friendly.

The best wendys in the city! the food was so hot that I had to wait a few minutes before I took another bite and my fries were still hot after I finished my spicy chicken. please never change!

The food was good. But I don't like the automated ordering system. If I choose to dine in, I want to talk to a human.
