Don’t expect anything fa... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The manager should be the first to go, as it’s clear they don’t value customer service. Don’t expect anything fancy; it’s not a five-star establishment. However, basic decent service is not too much to ask for. The staff member who served me today needs to learn how to treat customers properly. It feels like only spoiled, rude teens work here, and they clearly don’t care about their jobs. I won’t be returning.

If you’re looking for awful customer service, particularly from Isabell, the sandwich artist, then this is the place to go. I hope you’re a vegetarian, because she won’t give you any meat—just crushed bread and no protein from someone who looks like she grew up in a tattoo parlor. I wouldn’t have been staring, but it’s hard not to!

I think he was just being considerate and making sure he got the order right for the elderly woman. We weren't in a hurry, so it was perfectly fine.

I don't know if they wash their veggies in rough water, or what, but something is off. sad to say, I probably won't come back for a because that's a summer, as I love subway and it's the only near china jump.
