Subway
Description
At this Subway location, customer experiences vary dramatically, leaning heavily towards dissatisfaction. Patrons frequently report poor service, particularly from staff members who display a lack of professionalism and care. Complaints about the quality of the food are common, with several customers receiving soggy or improperly toasted sandwiches that missed the mark entirely. While some commend the food, it's overshadowed by the overall negative atmosphere created by the staff's attitude. The chaotic environment, exacerbated by teenage employees and a dismissive management approach, leaves many feeling frustrated and disheartened, leading to a recommendation to seek other dining options for better quality and service.

The food was excellent, but I felt sorry for the young man on staff who was being criticized by the female employee for moving too slowly. I think he was just being considerate and making sure he got the order right for the elderly woman. We weren't in a hurry, so it was perfectly fine.
Need to learn how to toast subs. Order toasted, noted on the order but got this. Then manager made me out to be a lier and said there most honest worker made these and toasted them. I texted photos.. she said there is a little toasted parts on them but cant help its not toasted to my liking.I like subway this my not keep me from going back to a subway. But don't make the custom out to be lying when someone has a reason to complain. REALLY THAT'S TOASTED?
Employees dont answer the phone!!!! I rang it while i was in line too just to see if they would answer and they did not if i have to download a app to order ahead at a restaurant I probably eat at once a month i will just find somewhere else to eat
This is the worst Subway I’ve ever visited! If you’re looking for awful customer service, particularly from Isabell, the sandwich artist, then this is the place to go. I hope you’re a vegetarian, because she won’t give you any meat—just crushed bread and no protein from someone who looks like she grew up in a tattoo parlor. I wouldn’t have been staring, but it’s hard not to!
The store is run by a bunch of disrespectful teenagers. The phone number is a fax machine. Good lord I'm not a picky person and usually don't complain about restaurants but can I get a little better customer service than making me come inside to get my curbside pickup order and then just pointing me towards a bag on a shelf and then walking away? Without even saying a word??
