The staff was incredibly helpful and worked together as a team to get my order taken care of quickly. The sandwiches were top-notch with high quality ingredients. Lucy and Raven were especially efficient and friendly.

This act of kindness trul... read more Let me start by saying that when I was at this restaurant, I witnessed the manager helping a handicapped man to his car with his food. This act of kindness truly impressed me. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly young man behind the counter. I inquired about getting a chopped salad, but was informed they no longer make them. However, he assured me he could still make me a delicious salad with whatever ingredients I wanted. It was 2:10 in the afternoon and the young man who made my salad was one of the best Subway employees I have ever encountered. He was efficient, friendly, and had a positive attitude. I will definitely be returning to this Subway location whenever I can. I have been here before and have always found the manager to be great. The restaurant is always clean and well-stocked. It is important to acknowledge and appreciate these hardworking individuals. This Subway location is definitely one of the best I have been to, and I travel quite often.

Have gotten a sub less the past several years, but when l was working got a foot long almost every evening.I will say the quality appears to have diminished, as have the few ingredients l get (BLT w/ whole wheat, bacon shredded cheese..melted..and then spinach, tomato and red onion) BUT still tasty, and w/a coupon, economical.Bc l have gone to several sites, l am not certain to which one this generalized request is referring. However, l wish to give a shout-out to the one in Waco's Central Marketplace. The lady there provided me with a corrected, tasty Sub complete with a positive attitude and helpful comment after l had expressed some earlier disappointment with another store there.Enjoyed my meal with an improved attitude.Thanks.
