What Wayne N doesn't like about Silos Baking Co.:
I would not say it's worth the wait but if you must get the full Magnolia experience, go for it. I came on a random Monday and it was a 45 minute wait, which honestly sounds insane. I can only imagine what it's like on the weekend. At least ordering is simple on the cards. The shop itself is tiny but the baked goods display is impeccable. I will say the frosting is top notch on the cupcakes and everything is visually... View all feedback.

Really enjoyed visiting this bakery. I will say this now, you must try the the Prize Pig biscuit. They are so flavorful and delicious. A savory to balance all the sweets you'll try. The Shiplap Cookie was my favorite with chocolate and peanut butter mixed with nuts. You just couldn't lose with that. There were so many options. There was a line but it moved quick and they let you pull your order together while you wait which helps the process.
I’ve been to the Silo Bakery 2x … the first time it was “okay,” nothing special – the cupcakes were on the dry side. Today, the cupcake and muffins were very good. We were here on a Tuesday and it wasn’t too busy. There were no lines at the Bakery and the line wasn’t too bad at checkout in the main building where we bought a t-shirt and sweatshirt.
I love this place! It was so yummy ? the icing was extra sweet so you might have to scrape some off but the flavoring is on point! Will definitely be returning on my next trip! ?
I was so excited to visit the bakery at the Silos. I love to bake and have high expectations. The line was too long for my liking so luckily I found that the Silos bakery truck offered the same treats I was after. I bought 2 cookies for around $3.50 each: chocolate chip and an oatmeal chocolate/peanutbutter chip version. They were both delicious: a slight crunch on the outside with a thick, soft middle. The cupcakes were presented beautifully, but to my disappointment, they were dry and dense rather than moist and fluffy. I would not buy cupcakes there again.
