Sergio’s is only open Friday and Saturday nights. He has a good truck open during the week. Seafood is AMAZING and you can have it cooked to order. Knew them when it was Siete Mares and he catered for President Bush when he was in Central TX. New location and name, same great food and atmosphere. It’s BYOB. Get there early if you want a seat- it fills up fast. View all feedback.
What Homer M doesn't like about Sergio's Mexican Seafood:
I do not know how they consider them a Mexican Restaurant. They do not have tamales on their menu. The tacos were spicy and the food was not all that great. My stomach was upset after I got home. This was my first and last visit there. Waitress service is outstanding. View all feedback.
Amazing spot for great Mexican Food!! Sergio has some of the freshest seafood as well as other traditional dishes. If you are in Waco definitely check it
Waited over 30 minutes for the food when the restaurant was empty. When it arrived the shrimp were not cleaned properly so it was very gross. The waitress also did not apologize.
Best breakfast burritos in Waco, hands down! Staff is always very friendly and service is quick. Very affordable also!

5 Star service 5 Star food! The Al pastor, beef tacos camarones a la veracruzana were delicious. We will be back!
