The service is great and attentive as well- I never once had to ask my server for a refill on my drink, and she was totally knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered a Chicago style pizza (the 'Monster ' they call it- yeah, there was nearly EVERYTHING I could think of on this pizza; I looked for the kitchen sink, but luckily didn 't find it. Since the pizza was apparently going to take 45 minutes, I ordered a beer and a Chicago hot dog, just wanting to try it. That hot dog was one the most fantastic things I 've ever eaten. Completely unexpected. And my server brought it to me in less than ten minutes after I ordered it. It was so good, I ordered another one. I probably would have just kept eating them if my pizza hadn 't arrived. Did I say pizza? I meant an amazing deep dish pie filled with nearly every meat and veggie topping options on the menu. The chunky Chicago style tomato sauce on top blew my mind. I ordered a medium but could only finish two slices, so my server quickly boxed up the rest for me to take home. Great experience. I plan to go back for lunch because I hear they have lunch specials, and I don 't think I 'll be happy unless I get at least one Chicago hot dog a week. Probably more. Thanks, Rosati 's! Waco doesn 't seem so much like a culinary waste-land now.
