The food at Rosas is OK, and I often go to the drive-through window and take food home. I know better, but I forgot to check my sack to make sure I had everything in there before I drove away this time on 6/30/2024, and I only got half of my order. The customer service at this location is by far the worst i’ve ever experienced and I am not posting this after just one visit, but after multiple.
Got the combination nachos today.. and it was all beans and meat. No cheese even when I asked for extra cheese!
Clarissa is absolutely AMAZING! When you have people like her working for and with you… trust me, that’s why you’re successful. You have a truly wonderful gem helping to run your business and I can only pray that you bless her with the compensation she deserves- knowing that she is a huge part of the reason that at least one of my employees (or myself) eats at the Franklin location EVERY SINGLE DAY. Ordered the chicken fajita plate and the chicken enchilada plate, both were great. Small crowd tonight but service was still excellent. Love the dining experience here, never rushed.
Prices aren't bad, flavors are good, and the wait is nill.
