I have placed my order by the panera bread app at 15:30 a.m. with a pick-up at 18 a.m. when picking up the order she recommended that they were out of baguette and chips and that these articles could not give us our order and gave us a few cookies. my job was for a sandwich napa salad chicken with extra plucked wobbles. I screaming hate that, because I got was a tiny piece of chicken breast with mayo smashed on it and throwing a few mandels and that didn't take the full sandwich, best it was on 1/4 of the brotes on both sides. they had ample time to contact me about being out of what I ordered. Instead, they let us go with a bread sandwich. will never go here important - they have fully uploaded my card and when I spoke to them, they simply picked up and hanged every time without actually responding. lead them ripped off for sure.

I found it to be the wors... read more The staff and service at this restaurant were absolutely fantastic. However, the downfall was the poor quality of their drink carrier. I found it to be the worst carrier I have ever used. While leaving the restaurant, drinks fell out of the carrier even when using two hands. Additionally, in the car, the drinks flipped forward out of the carrier when I used my brakes. If you plan on purchasing more than one drink, I would recommend bringing your own carrier or refraining from buying multiple drinks.
