I was there on Friday 8 April in the afternoon. Lived, busy. Two ladies busy cooking, another in back-prepping, and a young man tends to customers with a line streadily flowing out front door. Kudos! I was so impressed. This young man never appeared stressed, was polite, courteous, and the food was delicious as always. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
I love Panda Express but each time I visit the Bosque location in Waco Tx the selections are minimal and the food choices always appear old. I never have a good experience here. The female associate was rude each time I asked if the cooks were going to replenish something therefore my sister and I just left. I felt sorry for the long line of customers behind me. I was so impressed. This young man never appeared stressed, was polite, courteous, and the food was delicious as always.
I'm in the restaurant now and wait for my food. The restaurant is very busy, they keep the pace without falling in customer service!! They are polite, smiling and patient!! It's great to see what a great team they are!! I just saw the name sign that looked like his name was Jacob! Good work
Long line in noon and untouched. The employees still showed welcome greetings with smiles on their faces and complete orders in time.
The foods good, the staff are friendly; but I wish they had lemon chicken like Chinese kitchen used to make.
