The breakfast and breakfast burritos were fantastic. On my 'stop ' list now.

The f... read more The food is fantastic, the servers are wonderful, and Molly is such a warm and kind person. If you enjoy spicy dishes, the Enchiladas Verde are excellent. The fajita sope is delicious, and the barbacoa is flavorful without being greasy. Right now, I'm really loving the Flautas. Everything on the menu is good, so you really can't go wrong. This is definitely a must-visit restaurant!

If you live in Waco, this family restaurant needs to be on your list of regular places! If you are passing through, it is worth getting off I-35 and driving the short way to their front door! The salsa (served warm) is outstanding, and the cheese enchiladas were right out of a Robert Earl Keen/Lyle Lovett song! My daughter, who typically eats like a bird, devoured her burrito! She offered me a taste... I declined... and I didn't get a second chance! I'll be back in Waco next month... and you'll find me at Molly's for another round!
